Lirik Insya Allah – Maher Zain (Versi Melayu)

Andainya kau rasa tak berupaya
Hidup sendirian tiada pembela
Segalanya suram
Bagai malam yang kelam
Tiada bantuan tiada tujuan
Janganlah berputus asa
Kerana Allah bersamamu

Chorus
Insya Allah Insya Allah Insya Allah
Ada jalannya
Insya Allah Insya Allah Insya Allah
Ada jalannya

Andainya dosamu berulang lagi
Bagai tiada ruang untuk kembali
Dikau keliru atas kesilapan lalu
Membelenggu hati dan fikiranmu
Janganlah berputus asa
Kerana Allah bersamamu

Ulang Chorus

Kembalilah
Kepada Yang Esa
Yakin padaNya
Panjatkanlah doa
Oh Ya Allah
Pimpinlah daku dari tersasar
Tunjukkan daku ke jalan yang benar
Jalan yang benar
Jalan yang benar
Jalan yang benar

Ulang Chorus

Maafkan Kami...

"JaseMario, Altimet & Imrain Ajmain di Party Ulang Tahun Budiey ke-4 pada 8 Januari 2011 yang baru lalu di Level 2M Cathay e@curve. Baru sempat menunaikan janji kepada Altimet untuk meuar-uarkan akan program ini".

[Altimet]
Hello
Cuba teka siapa kembali
Mmm di main sample lagi
Macam lagu dulu pukul 6 pagi
Mereka yang mereka terus sakit hati
Bisik bisik bisik bikin kontroversi
Bukan lagu dia seakan seperti
Lagi si fulan yang itu ini
Tapi dilajukan key lebih tinggi
Jadi mereka menuding jari
Kamu tak kreatif sang pencuri
Tak kamu kurang memahami
Dalam muzik kami inilah naluri

[Imran Ajmain]
Wahai cik abang janganlah meradang
Kami di sini hanya berdendang

[Korus]
Maafkan kami (x8)
Maafkan kami..

[Imran Ajmain]
Wahai cik abang
Bawalah bertenang
Cerita kami bukan temberang

Jadi kami susun sepuluh jari tapi
Tak berani janji takkan sample lagi
Kami makan dulang mari jemput mari
Tua muda bismillah kongsi royalti
Bukan pencuri kami anak seni
Dari bawah tanah diam berisi
Tak perlu tongkat boleh berdiri
Kalau tak sudi kami jalan sendiri
Mari mari kita sama berniaga
Kamu kami kita saya berkarya
Masing-masing tepuk dada tanya selera
Kami tak kisah asal selesa

[Korus]
Maafkan kami (x8)
Maafkan kami..

[Imran Ajmain]
Nandung nandung dayang senandung
Wahai saudari maafkan kami..

Maafkan kami (x 19)

Nota Jase :

Let's Make It EASIER....

Easier Lyrics:
What do you want, what are you looking for
What do you see if you don't open up the door
Into your heart is where I wanna be
And girl I'm trying hard to find the key
'Cause all I really wanna do is make it easier

[Chorus]
And I'm not afraid
Nothing you can say that's gonna make me walk away
No matter what you do
I promise you I'm gonna stay
You need someone like me to make it easier

It's hard to let go
of who you might of been before
But if you just believe
there can be so much more
I'll help yOU find
who you wanna be
If you would only put your trust in me
'Cause all I want to do is make it easier

[chorus]

It don't matter what you've done before 'cause
I'm only gonna love you more and
Nothing else really matters too much to me

You need someone like me...

And l'm not afraid
Nothing you can say that's gonna make me walk away
No matter what you do
I promise you I'm gonna stay
You need someone like me
and I need someonelike you
To make it easier...

Nota Jase :
There are so many ballads songs out there. Some are evergreen and some vanished after too much air play on the radio. This is one song that really touch my heart. Suprisingly it was never been release as a Single by Joe McIntyre form his 2nd Solo Album. I remember when I started liking this song when I stayed at an Balakong Jaya Apartment. Singing along with Joey at my balcony with small plants, butterfly and bird nest. It could never been the same as I do not have balcony in my current house... (:))) I believe when you are facing hurdles... believe in yourself to make it easier... your own experience will help you, it ios just a test.

Lose Weight, Stay Active : Six small changes can help keep off pounds

Trying to reverse the 1-to-2-pounds-a-year weight gain that is the fate of the average middle-aged American? Overwhelmed at the thought of changing your lifestyle enough to reach a healthful weight? Lose weight, stay active

Fortunately, there is an alternative approach to the drastic diet and exercise revisions that Americans find so difficult to embark on and sustain. The idea is to start with smaller, easier changes that will, at the very least, halt the weight-creep and give encouraging results.

"We find that people who make small changes will often lose a few pounds," said James O. Hill, Ph.D., director of the Anschutz Health and Wellness Center at the University of Colorado at Denver. "Those who start with small changes often end up able to make more and bigger changes and lose more weight."

Here are a half-dozen small changes you can make right now:

1. Stop drinking calories

In the late 1970s the average American consumed about 70 calories a day in the form of sugar-sweetened beverages. By 2000 we were guzzling an average of 190 calories. Numerous studies have left little doubt about the connection between increased consumption of sugar-sweetened drinks and the soaring rates of weight gain and obesity that occurred during that same time period.

"When we consume energy in beverage form, we don't get the same fullness as when we consume solids," said Richard D. Mattes, Ph.D., professor of foods and nutrition at Purdue University. "Those calories tend to add to the diet rather than displacing another energy source."

Fruit juice is not a replacement for soda. It might have a few vitamins and minerals, but it's just as damaging to your waistline. "If you drink 300 calories of apple cider, you'll feel less full than if you ate 300 calories of apples," Mattes said. And you'd have a lot to eat: You'd get to chew about three 3-inch apples for 300 calories.

What about replacing your favorite full-sugar drink with an artificially sweetened version? The evidence is mixed. Some studies suggest that though diet sodas don't add calories, they still activate your sweet tooth. But other studies show no such effect. "It's very difficult for my patients to stop drinking soda," said Caroline Apovian, M.D., director of the Nutrition and Weight Management Center at Boston Medical Center. "I always tell them to switch to diet soda."

As for milk, Mattes thinks it fools our internal calorie-counting mechanism the same way soft drinks do. Other experts doubt that, but they all agree that milk provides some useful nutrients in exchange for its calories. Similarly, the health benefits of moderate alcohol consumption might justify the calorie penalty, but that form of liquid calories is unlikely to make you feel full.

2. Eat more protein

Remember when experts thought the high-protein, low-carb Atkins diet didn't work and was dangerous? It's been more than seven years since the first studies started overturning that idea. Low-carb, high-protein diets have proved surprisingly effective, especially in the short term. And it turns out that people who eat a higher proportion of their calories from protein end up consuming fewer calories overall.

"There's currently a fair amount of evidence that protein is a more satiating nutrient than others, at least in a solid food," Mattes said.

But don't expect miracles from that approach. "It's really difficult to manipulate your protein intake markedly while eating normal foods," Mattes said.

In a major clinical trial that looked at high-protein diets, published Feb. 26, 2009, in The New England Journal of Medicine, participants didn't get their protein intake to the target level of 25 percent of total calories. But they did increase it from a baseline of 18 percent to about 21 percent.

The bottom line is that it can't hurt to substitute a bit more lean protein for some of the fat and starches in your diet.

3. Eat more fiber

Fiber is the good guy of food. It may help protect against colon cancer and heart disease, and it is your weight-control friend. It slows digestion, helping you to feel fuller longer, and displaces other caloric foods. Best of all, it comes in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains that are loaded with beneficial vitamins and minerals.

But as with protein, don't set your expectations too high, Mattes cautioned.

"Most of the studies showing beneficial effects are based on very large intakes that just aren't realistic for the general population," he said. "The typical American consumes 10 to 14 grams a day. The recommendation is for 25 or more grams, which is a huge departure from one's customary intake."

You might not make it to that goal, but you can boost your fiber-rich vegetable intake fairly painlessly, said Barbara Rolls, Ph.D., professor of nutritional sciences at Pennsylvania State University.

"Grow the amount of vegetables on your plate and shrink everything else," Rolls said. "Toss them in oil and roast them in the oven. Add your favorite veggies to sandwiches, pizza toppings, stews, wherever you can."

4. Lead yourself not into temptation

Can't eat just one Dorito or chocolate kiss? That is no accident, as former Food and Drug Administration Commissioner David Kessler, M.D., documented in his book, "The End of Overeating" (Rodale, 2009). The food industry works hard to create high-calorie foods with the most addictive possible combination of intense flavor and "mouthfeel."

"A century ago, to consume 400 calories, you had to go buy the meat, vegetables, and rice, and come home and cook it," Apovian said. "Now you can consume the same amount of calories just by downing a bag of Cheetos."

You obviously can't avoid encountering those foods in your daily life and probably eating them on occasion. But never have them at home, Apovian advised.

5. Add 2,000 steps a day

That's 20 to 25 minutes of walking, covers about a mile, and will burn about 100 calories a day—enough, Hill said, to prevent gradual weight gain in most people.

"It doesn't matter how you get there," Hill said. "It can be all at once or spread out. Once you do get there, do more."

Some of Hill's suggestions for sneaking in extra steps: When you step outside to get your mail, walk around the block before going back inside; do some errands on foot; at work, park at the far end of the office lot and use a distant rest room.

6. Cut your screen time

"When we're sitting, we are burning almost as few calories as we do when we're sleeping," said Marc T. Hamilton, Ph.D., a professor at the Pennington Biomedical Research Center in Baton Rouge, La. "Sitting too much is hazardous to your health in a different way than exercising too little."

Hamilton is a researcher in the new field of inactivity physiology, the study of what happens when we're, well, just sitting there. Research shows that the more you sit, the higher your risk of weight gain, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. That seems to be true even for people who get the prescribed 150 minutes a week of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity.

"Standing upright washing dishes, getting dressed, or filing papers isn't exercise by anybody's standard," Hamilton said. "Yet these activities double your metabolic rate compared to sitting. If you can find 6 or 7 more hours a week to spend standing instead of sitting, you've done something good for yourself."

Sitting in front of a computer or television is one of the least active things most of us do. Research has shown that the more screen time we indulge in, the fatter we tend to be. And when we cut down our screen time, we tend to stand up and move around. A November 2010 Consumer Reports survey of 1,234 Americans found that those who spend 5 or more hours sitting during a typical weekday log less time in everyday activity.

So look for chances to stand up and move around in the course of your day. And see whether you can cut back your daily screen time.

Safe, effective long-term weight-loss pill remains elusive

The Food and Drug Administration turned down two applications for new anti-obesity drugs in recent months, in part because of safety concerns.

But on Dec. 7, 2010, an FDA advisory committee recommended approval of a new weight-loss drug. Called Contrave, it is a combination of two older medications: naltrexone, used to treat alcohol and drug addiction, and bupropion, an antidepressant. In a 56-week clinical trial, obese patients on Contrave lost an average of 5 to 6 percent of their starting weight, compared with a little more than 1 percent for patients on placebo. A significant number reported side effects from Contrave, including nausea, constipation, and dizziness. A final FDA decision on Contrave was expected in January 2011.

With the October 2010 removal of Meridia (sibutramine) from the market because of the risk of major cardiovascular side effects, there's only one prescription weight-loss medication currently approved for long-term use in the U.S. It's Xenical (orlistat), which blocks your body from absorbing 30 percent of the fat you ingest. Also available in a lower over-the-counter dose under the Alli brand name, Xenical has never achieved the widespread popularity once expected.

That might be because of intestinal side effects, caused by the undigested fat, that could result in oily spotting. And in clinical trials of orlistat, severely overweight patients on a reduced-calorie diet lost only about 7 pounds more after a year of treatment than subjects who took placebos.

My Favourite Snapple !

The very last time I bought my favourite drink Snapple was in the above bottle. It was in 2008. It has been 2 years until recently I found again the outlets that sell Snapple. RASA @ Level 4, Suria KLCC and also Coffee Bean, Level 1, Suria KLCC. The bottle has changed as below. Thanks to Along for intriducing me to Snapple in 1998. I love the taste since then. (Wow... that long?). Although it is my favourite drinks, I don't drink it daily or heavily. Hahaha... it is expensive OK.

One interesting about Snapple is the Real Fact that beeing prinrted inside the its cap. The one that I got recently is Real Fact # 845 'A lemon contains more sugar than a strawberry' and Real Fact # 840 'The only food that does not spoil is honey'. Hmm... may be somebody want to start new hobby? Collecting Snapple Cap may be? But for me, I collect Snapple Bottle !!!

Supercool Tools to Melt the Pounds Off

With a master’s degree in nutrition, focused in weight management, I know what you need to do to lose weight: Pay attention to portions. Plan healthy meals and snacks. Write down what you eat. Exercise. Effective, yes. But also booooooring. I’ll admit it. So why not just do the latest diet fad, the one that promises faster weight loss with less effort? Answer: The pounds will come creeping right back. The better solution is to embrace those arguably “tedious” diet rules and make them more fun and inspiring—and with cool, new tools. Here’s what I mean:

Diet rule #1: Set goals. We know that if you really want to get thinner, you need to set goals that are specific, measurable and realistic. How much will you lose? By when? (Don’t forget the realistic part! Your answer should not be 20 pounds by next week.) Weigh yourself and calculate your body mass index (BMI), an estimate of percent body fat calculated from height and weight. Click here for our BMI Calculator and 5 more essential weight-loss tools. Next, calculate your daily calorie goal by multiplying your current weight by 12; subtract 500 calories from your result to lose 1 pound per week. For healthy weight loss, we don’t advise losing more than two pounds per week. If you calculate a daily calorie goal that’s less than 1,200, set your calorie goal at 1,200 calories. Below that, it’s hard to meet your nutrient needs—or feel satisfied enough to stick with a plan.

Cool tools: The Biggest Loser Cal-Max Electronic Scale ($29.99, amazon.com, target.com) calculates BMI and a “maintenance” calorie intake level. Tanita’s Fitscan Body Composition Monitor ($67.95, tanita.com) calculates the number of calories needed to maintain your current body weight; it also computes your body composition: fat versus lean mass.

Diet rule #2: Plan your meals. If you don’t want life to get in the way of your good-eating intentions, you have to anticipate and outsmart obstacles: namely, high-cal fatty foods that seem to be lurking around every corner. One way to do this is to plan what you eat in advance.

Cool tools: Log into EatingWell’s Interactive Menu Planner to drag and drop your favorite recipes, plus healthy snacks, into a weekly grid that calculates calories (and other nutrients, including saturated fat, fiber and sodium!) and creates a shopping list. The SnackApp (free, everydayhealthy.com) for the iPhone offers hundreds of ideas for snacks that are 50, 100 and 200 calories. Search by your craving (e.g., salty, sweet, crunchy) or pick the Surprise Me! option.

Diet rule #3: Keep track. Studies show that people who keep food diaries tend to lose more weight and keep it off longer than those who don’t.

Cool tools: Track your intake with an app or online site. The free Lose It! iPhone app (or its new Web-based platform, loseit.com) remembers foods you’ve entered so it’s easy to find what you’ve enjoyed before and apply it to a new day. Tweetwhatyoueat.com (also free) lets you set up a Twitter-based food diary and track your weight and caloric intake. Foodpics Log ($2.99, foodpicslog.com) uses your smartphone’s camera to capture what you really eat—in a nicely organized daily format—and allows you to add notes for each meal and snack.

Diet rule #4: Keep an eye on size. In the world of football-sized burritos and snack packs that serve six, you constantly need to ask yourself: Is that portion actually one serving? (Looking for full-meal deals that you know are 500 calories? We’ve got ’em!)

Cool tools: Slimware melamine dinnerware ($36.50 for 4 plates, slimware.com) helps remind you of recommended portion sizes with correspondingly sized “food placement areas” (think: flower or swirl) for protein, a whole grain or other carb and vegetables. Use a souped-up kitchen scale, like Escali’s Cesto Portable Nutrition Tracker ($79.99, escali.com), to find out precisely how many calories are in your serving. Put your snack on the scale and, pulling from its database of common foods, the Cesto calculates its calories.

Diet rule #5: Move more. Exercise makes weight loss easier—but more important, people who move more are more likely to keep the pounds off. Aim to burn at least 1,000 calories/week through exercise.

Cool tools: Download the app for MapMyFitness.com or RunKeeper.com—which, despite its name, isn’t limited to running—and take your phone for a run or a ride or a hike. Using the GPS in your phone, these apps calculate how many calories you burned (not to mention your pace, elevation and more). Don’t want to exercise with your phone? Use these products’ free online sites.

Diet rule #6: Get support. Study after study shows that teaming up to lose weight is more effective than going it alone. Supportive friends and family members not only can encourage you, they also keep you accountable.

Cool tools: Take part in EatingWell’s Diet Challenge, where you can connect with fellow dieters as you all follow the EatingWell Diet. If you’re looking for social support along with individualized feedback from a trained weight-loss expert, check out Vtrim.org, an online weight-loss program developed at the University of Vermont by Dr. Jean Harvey-Berino, co-author of The EatingWell Diet.

What “cool tools” make losing weight more fun for you?

Sungguh Puitis : Tolong Ingatkan Aku

Jangan disusun kata-kata penamat
Jangan disebut baris ayat keramat
Biar lenyap diserap sunyi
Biar senyap yang tak menyepi

Tolong ingatkan aku
Kisah kau tersedar
Dengan saku penyeluk masa
Oo ooh.. oo ooh...

Mari patahkan papan markah lama
Mari padamkan buku tiga lima
Biar luka sembuh sendiri
Biar lupa ditebus hari

Tolong ingatkan aku
Kisah kau tersedar
Dengan saku penyeluk masa
Dampingi aku
Setiap detik jantungku berdetak
Setiap nota jiwaku berlagu-lagu
Bila marah merasuk minda
Kecewa menyelubungi jiwa
Aku lupa

Tolong ingatkan aku
Kisah ku tersedar
Dengan kasih memeluk rasa
Teringatkanmu
Setiap detik jantungku berdetak
Setiap nota jiwaku berlagu-lagu

Tolong ingatkan aku kisah kita
Tolong ingatkan aku
Kisah ku tersedar
Dengan kasih memeluk rasa
Tolong ingatkan aku

Nota Jase :

LIRIK ANGEL
I'm looking at an angel
And believe me when I say
She got that whole place blowing (x2)
She got that whole place glowing
I'm looking at an angel
And believe me when I say
She got that whole place glowing (x3)
And she's high in the sky singing
Way above the clouds in the sky singing (x4)

She got wings she got a halo
It seems to me so unnatural
Cos that's one thing that I just don't know
What seems to be so incredible
She looked at me took me by surprise yeaaahh
As if she took me by the hand to some foreign land
And had me way up
Way above the clouds in the sky singing (x4)

Singing my song yeah yeah

From dust til dawn yeah yeah
I know you got a lot on your mind
But it won't be long yeah yeah
always get better yeah yeah
And I may be wrong yeah yeah
across the line before they make it home yeah yeah
Singing my song yeah yeah
From dust til dawn yeah yeah
I know you got a lot on your mind
But it won't be long yeah yeah
always get better yeah yeah
And I may be wrong yeah yeah
across the line before they make it home yeah yeah

I'm looking at an angel
And believe me when I say
She got that whole place blowing (x3)
I'm looking at an angel
And believe me when I say
She got that whole place glowing (x3)
And she's high in the sky singing

NOTA JASE :

Saya masih menunggu amazon.com memberi jawaban pasti. Bukankah begitu?

Tujuh Saat Pertama

Lantaran itu... tiba-tiba terbuka hati saya untuk membuka 'label post' baru yang berjudul 'Songs for Life Time'.

Knockaround Guys

Four sons of well-known gangsters come face to face with their own legacy of violence and betrayal when they travel to a small Montana town to collect a large sum of cash.

Plot :
Matty Demaret (Barry Pepper) is the son of a mob boss, but he is used as little more than an errand boy. His relative and friend Chris (Andy Davoli) shares this urge to be part of something bigger, and Matty finally convinces his father to give him a job, with the help of his father's right-hand man Teddy (John Malkovich). Matty and Chris get their friend Johnny Marbles (Seth Green) to fly up to retrieve a bag full of money for Matty's father Benny "Chains" Demaret (Dennis Hopper), as there have been mysterious shortages in their money lately.

On the way back with the cash, Marbles stops in a small Montana town to refuel his personal plane. He has been instructed to guard the bag with his life so he takes the bag with him as he goes to pay for the fuel. However, Marbles sees the sheriff & his deputy and is paranoid that they may question him about the bag's contents. Marbles is also in possession of cocaine which he dumps on the runway. He drops the bag amongst a pile of luggage waiting to be loaded onto another flight, and despite telling the cashier to keep the change, the other flight takes off before he can retrieve his bag. Unknown to him, the bag of money was taken by two local teenage pothead skateboarders who work as baggage handlers at the airport.

He calls Matty and tells him the news. Matty, though upset, knows that he must fix the situation quickly and quietly if he ever wants to work for his father. Matty, Chris, and their friend Taylor (Vin Diesel) fly to the small town of Wibaux, Montana to help Marbles search for the missing money.

While in town, Matty and the other guys attract the attention of two local law-enforcement officers (Tom Noonan and Shawn Doyle) who find out about the money and want to keep it for themselves. The mob guys then try to negotiate with the officers to get the money back but are turned away. Matty calls Teddy and Teddy arrives in Wibaux with two other mob henchmen. Chris decides to leave for home and disappears. Marbles hangs around in a bar with the two mob henchmen who secretly hate him, while Taylor and Matty wait in their hotel for word from the Sheriff. After taking him outside in a friendly manner, the two mob men throw Marbles to the ground and ask about the whereabouts of the other three. Marbles tells them he doesn't know and the two shoot him several times and throw his body in a trunk.

Later that night, a deal is arranged for the Sheriff and Deputy to meet Matty and Taylor in a warehouse. When they arrive, the lawmen are planning to kill Matty and the others and keep the money, but Teddy and the two mob men show up when Matty and Taylor do and they entire thing turns into a Mexican standoff. Chris arrives and shoots the Sheriff's cousin who came to help the Sheriff, and Matty and Taylor inquire about Marbles. Chris says that he thought he was with them. Teddy gives a signal to the two henchmen and they all fire on Chris who is killed. The Sheriff and Deputy, in the chaos, shoot the two mob men. Taylor then kills both of the lawmen but is shot in the arm by Teddy. Teddy's gun is out and Matty holds him at gunpoint. Matty says that it is Teddy that has been stealing and causing shortages from his father all along. Teddy tries to reload and shoot Matty claiming that Matty doesn't have the guts to shoot him, but Matty kills Teddy. Matty and Taylor get the money and return home.

Nota Jase :
It is a very old movie by Vin Diesel, nearly 9 years old (it is out in DVD Format in 2003, the movie was shown on silver screen in 2002). I bought this original DVD from a sale item at Carefour Alamanda late last year (it is so cheap - only RM7.90 per piece). It quite a good move to watch during your free time (as I got additional in-lieu today). Although it is nothing new offered by Vin but his acting is very convincing (especially the action part and when he advicing Marty not to become mob anymore). Furthermore it is a feel good movie of an happy ending. Two Thumbs for Vin. Is this a new start for me to collect Vin's Movie? Let's time decide...

2011 Katanya...

Dabangg = Fearless

Plot :
Chulbul Pandey, a young boy, lives with his younger half-brother, Makhanchan "Makkhi" Pandey, stepfather Prajapati Pandey (Vinod Khanna) and mother, Naina Devi (Dimple Kapadia) in Laalgunj, Uttar Pradesh. His stepfather is always partial towards Makkhi which constantly angers Chulbul.

21 years later, a gang of robbers steal money from a bank and are counting the loot, when Chulbul (Salman Khan), now a cop, apparently tries to recover the money by beating up the robbers but, it becomes clear later that he keeps the money for himself. Chulbul (who now calls himself Robin Hood Pandey) still lives with his family and does not have a good relationship with his stepfather and Makkhi (whom he bullies at times).

Makkhi (Arbaaz Khan) is in love with a girl called Nirmala (Mahi Gill) whose father, Masterji (Tinu Anand) opposes their relationship. And, Chulbul is in love with a girl called Rajo (Sonakshi Sinha), whom he chances upon during a police encounter.

Chedi Singh (Sonu Sood), (who is the president of the student council of a regional political party called Lok Manch and is a goon), meets Chulbul and tells him that the people he beat up and stole the money from are party workers and that they were getting money for the party. But, he forgives Chulbul on the condition that Chulbul "works for him". Chulbul flatly refuses.

Makkhi asks his father to arrange his marriage with Nirmala, but his father refuses saying that he needs money to repay the loans he took to make his factory so he needs his son to marry a rich girl. Makkhi, in desperate need of money, steals it from Chulbul's cupboard, but is caught red-handed by his mother. He tells his mother that he intends to give the money to Nirmala's father, who in turn will return the money after marriage through dowry. Although his mother refuses, he takes the money and gives it to Nirmala's father.

Meanwhile, Chulbul meets Rajo and proposes marriage. She rejects it saying that she has to look after her father, Haria (Mahesh Manjrekar), who is always drunk and that she cannot marry while he is alive. Chulbul then comes home to find his mother dead. He goes to his stepfather to make peace, as he is the only family left. But, his stepfather says that Chulbul is not part of the family anymore.

Chulbul is then attacked at the railway station by Chedi's men, when he is with Rajo and her father, but, he beats up all of them in a fight.

He sees Makkhi buying new clothes at the market. He doesn't suspect that Makkhi stole the money. Makkhi tells him that he is getting married to Nirmala and invites Chulbul to the marriage. Chulbul tries to convince Rajo's father to give his daughter's hand in marriage to him and to stop drinking. Rajo's father accepts and after Chulbul leaves, he plunges into a lake and commits suicide, as he knows that his daughter won't marry anyone while he is alive. Chulbul takes Rajo to Makkhi's wedding and marries her there. Nirmala's father, Masterji feels disgraced and cancels the wedding.

Makkhi beats up one of the workers in his factory due to a small accident. The worker goes to the police station along with his mother to file a complaint. But, instead Chulbul beats up Makkhi in public, thus disgracing him. Chedi Singh decides to take advantage of the situation and suspend Chulbul. He takes Makkhi and his father to the police station. But, Makkhi's father resolves the situation by accepting an apology from Chulbul. Chulbul meets Dayal Babu (Anupam Kher), the leader of Lok Manch, who also dislikes Chedi Singh. They both come to an agreement to keep Chedi Singh in control. Chulbul adulterates the breweries of Chedi Singh due to which many people fall ill and Chedi Singh is blamed. Chedi Singh is confronted by Chulbul who openly reveals to him that he adulterated the breweries.

To take revenge, Chedi Singh burns Makkhi's factory. Makkhi's father gets a heart attack due to shock and is hospitalized. Makkhi, in desperate need of money for his father's treatment agrees to do anything for Chedi Singh, without realizing that it was Chedi Singh who burnt his factory. Chedi Singh, gives him a task telling him to deliver a crate of mangoes to Dayal Babu's house. But, unknown to Makkhi, there is a bomb in it. After he leaves the house, it explodes, killing Dayal Babu. Chedi Singh gives Makkhi a task to kill Chulbul. Makkhi, knowing that he wouldn't do it, accepts it and meets Chulbul. He confesses to Chulbul that he was sent to kill him by Chedi Singh. He reveals to Chulbul that Chedi Singh made him plant the bomb unknowingly. Chulbul forgives him and reconciles with his stepfather.

Makkhi meets Chedi Singh, who thinks that Makkhi killed Chulbul and reveals to Makkhi that he had killed Makkhi's mother. Chedi Singh is then informed that Chulbul is arriving with a huge police force. Makkhi reveals to Chedi Singh that he didn't kill Chulbul. In a final battle, Chulbul arrives and takes down all the goons and rescues Makkhi. He then kills Chedi Singh in a one-on-one fight after Makkhi reveals to him that Chedi Singh killed their mother.

In a happy ending, Chulbul gets Makkhi married to Nirmala in the presence of their father, while, Rajo reveals that she is pregnant.

Nota Jase :
Saya sedang menonton Dabangg. Filem lakonan Salman Khan.
