Siksanya Menonton Muzikal Pak Pandir

Maafkan jika saya terpaksa katakan ini merupakan hasil terburuk PPAG sepanjang pementasan mereka di Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS (DFP). Setidak-tidaknya mana-mana persembahan yang saya sempat menonton sejak DFP mula di buka. Secara mudahnya kisah Muzikal Pak Pandir ini berdasarkan cerita rakyat lama mengenai sepasang suami isteri miskin yang tinggal di pedalaman. Pak Pandir watak utama adalah watak seorang yang lurus bendul, bodoh lagi dungu. Sebarang tugas yang di berikan akhirnya menemui kemusnahan, kegagalan dan sia-sia dek kerana Pak Pandir tidak pandai menggunakan akal yang rasional. Kemuncak kepada kedunguan Pak Pandir ini apabila beliau memandikan anak beliau yang baru lahir dengan air panas untuk menghilangkan demam !! 'Katanya' ingin membawa Generasi Y untuk menghayati dongeng lama; tetapi saya kira kisah kedunguan melampau ini mungkin tidak dapat di terima oleh masyarakat kini. Lantaran pula bagi mereka yang pernah membaca metos ini semasa kecil tentu akan terkejut dengan hasil kreatif 'tokok tambah' terbaru penulis di mana telah memasukkan cerita baru seperti Pak Pandir di sambar burung garuda, berkahwin dengan puteri raja, dihalau dari istana dan akhirnya berbaik semula dengan Andeh isterinya.

Bagi saya penambahan ini sengaja di adakan untuk mamastikan durasi pementasan larut sehingga 2 jam. Sepatutnya kisah ini perlu di tamatkan setelah Pak Pandir memandikan anaknya. Dan carilah penamat yang lebih memberi impak pengajaran.

PPAG memang terkenal dengan Drama Tari tanpa dialog. Bhakan mereka amat berjaya dalam pementasan genre ini. Percubaan (untuk mengikut trend saya kira) untuk mementaskan Muzikal ala-ala Istana Budaya ini bukanlah 'makanan ruji' PPAG malah memakan diri. Cuma seorang sahaja pelakon yang benar-benar melebihi tahap piawai pelakon teater iaitu Haslinda Mohd Ali yang memegang watak Andeh. Yang lainnya masih di tahap amatur. Ada tiga situasi jelas apabila pelakon utama terlupa dialog sehingga menjejaskan pementasan, antaranya "meremanglah bulu Pandir???". Tarian Burung Garuda yang ala-ala tarian kontemporari juga lari dari konsep etnik yang ingin di bawa oleh Muzikal ini. Selain daripada itu penataan cahaya yang ada ketika tidak selari dengan mood keseluruhan pementasan menjejaskan penumpuan penonton.

Komen saya mungkin banyak dan agak pedas. Tetapi ini bukan beerti saya tidak akan menonton pementasan PPAG lagi. Kita harus menyokong industri seni tempatan kan? Bukan begitu Cute, Mus, Mas & Oxford - yang turut sama menonton pada 18/6/2009 yang lalu?

Freedom Beach Concert 09 with AKON !!!

It is confirmed now with Allah's Will Lisa and me will be beach partying with Akon on 2 July 2009 @ Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach. As Akon has promised that he will give his fans an unforgettable experience with his talented showmanship. One second he will be dabbling in emo-pop with Lonely and the next he will be singing about the street life in Ghetto definitely this will be such a memorable experience with all the sing-a-long session of Lonely, Sorry Blame it On Me, I Wanna Love You, Smack That, Right Now Na Na Na, Beautiful etc.. As for me this will be my third time in Malaysia watching Akon Live in Flesh & Blood !!!

Rakaman Raya Mawi di Masjid Al-Hasanah Bangi

Tidak banyak yang dapat saya ceritakan. Cuma saya rasa bertuah kerana dapat turut serta dalam rakaman program Hari Raya untuk Astro Prima terbitan Mawi Entertainment yang judul dalam pembikinan ialah Raya Mawi. Rakaman bermula kira-kira jam 10 malam dan tamat kira-kira jam 12.00 tengah malam, tetapi kami sudah mula berkumpul sejak solat Maghrib lagi di Masjid Al-Hasanah, Seksyen 9, Bandar Baru Bangi. Biasalah SEMANGAT. Tidak ramai juga dari rakan-rakan yang dapat turut serta terutamanya lelaki, yang kaum Hawa memang boleh di katakan ramai juga. Antara yang dapat meluangkan masa termasukkah Cute, Cikgu Jah, Mazita, Mak Hani dan anak-anak, Rezza dan Awin, Ibu sekeluarga. (Maaf jika ada yang tercicir). Ekin sudah tentu ada, Aein juga datang. Antara 'scene' yang dirakam ialah Takbir di malam raya dan juga 'Moreh'. Rakaman suasana Rumah Terbuka Mawi semasa Hari Raya akan di adakan pada Hari Selasa ini di Kediaman Mawi. saya masih berkira Baju Melayu mana yang akan di pakai tahun ini.... Yang penting bukan warna merah ya !!!

Rapper apparently won't serve a year in prison after all

T.I.’s year behind bars has reportedly been reduced to just two months after he apparently already served 305 days of the sentence on home detention.

The rapper, whose real name is Clifford Harris, was sentence to a year and a day in prison after being found guilty of felony gun charges. He has until May 26 to report for his sentence.

A report on sohh.com says that Harris will serve around 60 days at the Forrest City prison in Arkansas, and he will be housed like every other prisoner in a double-bunk cell.

Media reports say that he filmed two music videos in advance of his term in jail.
